What We Do
With over twenty-seven years of on-the-ground experience working with and facilitating women in the USA, Caribbean, and Africa, our multi-level programs address the cultural, social and economic empowerment of communities through encouraging creative arts and life skill training, which we find is the most effective approach for growth and sustainable change.

Danny Glover Power of Dreams Award
Created by Dr. Monica Sanchez, the award was inspired by actor Danny Glover and was also facilitated, endorsed and supported in part by him. As an annual event, it is presented each year by the Miss CARICOM International Foundation-CAP Inc. The award is a symbol of strength, conviction, and loyalty to the elevation of the human spirit platform recognizes outstanding individuals, trailblazers, and change-makers. and those who take action within the diasporas community.

There is no doubt that fashion has a huge effect on us as people and as a society, it is a part of what defines you culturally and is expressed differently in every part of the world through a style of dress. This often portrays the customs and values, religion, culture or country.
The MSM CARICUM Institute for development, training program and works
The MSM CARICOM Institute for development, training program and Workshop is an ongoing series of interactive events and workshops. The programs are instructional and empower those participating. They educate and promote social, cultural, and economic development and sustainability.
The Annual MCI-CAP Inc Christmas Feed
Our annual community Christmas feed is a great vehicle for us, each year volunteers from the community come together in the spirit of joy and peace to give a hand to individuals in need Community service and volunteering are the core values of MCI-CAP Inc.
