A passionate Guyanese entrepreneur and philanthropist, Abu Grandison Bascom is the CEO of Abu Guyana Tourism and Transportation. Alongside his business, Bascom is deeply involved in philanthropic work, focusing on reducing poverty and creating opportunities for children, youth, and homeless individuals in Guyana. As a member of the Miss Caricom Foundation Guyana Team, he contributes to a global movement striving to end poverty and disempowerment.

Bascom’s own experience with extreme poverty fuels his commitment to uplifting his hometown in the Kuru Kururu community.
